TURQSA SWIMWEAR AUSTRALIA has a 14 days return policy in full priced item(s) after the date of delivery to request for a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange you should provide that:

  • Item(s) are unworn or unwashed.
  • Returned in original packaging including all tags and also, the hygiene protection must be attached in all bottoms. 
  • You should provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Item(s) must be in a good condition.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If the item(s) do not meet our outlined requirements the items will be returned to your original shipping address and the request for a refund or exchange will be denied.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@turqsaswimwear.com.au with your full name and order number. 

We advise you to keep your shipping details as we are not responsible for any loss of your items during transit.
